Cosby gives special attention to the confusion and frustrations of raising children. His cartoons domestic situations and show a keen eye for telling details that detects most listeners. Cosby pins the material itself and it is written down stuff, indeed. "The Dentist" captures the humiliation and absurdity of a visit to the tooth doctor. "Chocolate Cake for Breakfast" perhaps the only flop here. The comic is drawn power is clumsy and everything is a little tender. But for the most part this CD features Cosby in good shape.
